Well, our wonderful trip seems so long ago....sigh!
I had good intentions of posting more often, but life just takes you away sometimes....
Since getting back from our holiday, we have said good-bye to our 2 youngest (Laura & Christine). They have been travelling through Europe on a trip of a lifetime..(this seems to be a theme at our house these days). They have covered Paris, skiing in the Alps, Verona, Venice, Rome, Pompei, Pisa, Milan, Augsburg, Frankurt, Bueren, Prague, Ausschwitz, and Berlin. Christine is currently attending Capernwray in Austria for the next 8 weeks and Laura is continuing her travels on to Salzburg, Vienna, Muenster and so on and so on and so on... They plan to return to Canada on July 4th. Will keep you posted. (if you're interested in more details, check out their blogs

Our oldest, Caroline, moved in with us temporarily and has bought herself a house! She takes possesion on May 1st. It's a 100 year old house on Beverley Street that has been totally renovated...she can hardly wait to move in. She's been busy working (as a nurse at HSC) getting the sale of her house organized and getting some furniture together.
Rudy and I have been back at work and it seems that that's all we do...go to work and come back. We have taken some time for extra-curricular activities. In March we went to Toronto for the weekend to attend a Campaign readiness seminar for the Federal Conservatives. It was a great time of connecting with fellow Conservatives and hearing about the good things that the Harper government is doing.
We spent the day with our friends at their cottage on Caddy Lake last Sunday.....a beautiful retreat from everyday life....
That's it for now!
